Founder Member of IIUC Moulana Mominul Haque Chowdhury (90) is no more.

اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَ اِنَّاۤ اِلَیۡہِ رٰجِعُوۡنَ

নিশ্চয় আমরা আল্লাহর জন্য এবং নিশ্চয় আমরা তাঁর দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তনকারী।

His Janazas are scheduled to be held on today 22 June 11 a.m. at IIUC Central Masjid, 1:30 p.m. at Parade Ground Chawkbazar and 5 p.m. at Charati Satkania where he will be laid to rest.

Vacation Notice

It is notified for general information that International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) will remain closed except essential duties from 25 December (Tuesday) 2018 to 01 January (Tuesday) 2019 on account of X-Mas Day & 11th National Parliamentary Election.

Heads of the offices are requested to ensure switching off all electrical gadgets including lights, fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, computers etc. in their offices prior to commencement of the vacation.

The University will resume its normal works on 02 January (Wednesday) 2019. However, IIUC will remain open and function full day office on 03 January (Thursday) 2019.

As directed, all Teachers, Officers & Staff are requested to remain present in their duties till 24 December 2018 and hence no leave requisition is expected within this period.
