গত ৫ তারিখ রোজ বুধবার "Words of Wisdom Season-2" বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতা সফলভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ডিজিটাল লার্নিং সেন্টারে। এতে প্রধান অতিথি এবং মাননীয় স্পিকার হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় উপাচার্য প্রফেসর ড.আবু নাসের জাফর উল্লাহ।

আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন সম্মানিত রেজিস্টার,ডেপুটি রেজিস্টার এবং বিভিন্ন অনুষদের সম্মানিত বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও শিক্ষকেরা এবং উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানের সভাপতিত্ব করেন আরটিএম-একেটিইউ ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের উপদেষ্টা মিজানুর রহমান। এছাড়াও অসংখ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে নকআউট স্টেজের বিতর্কগুলো হয়ে উঠে আরো প্রাণবন্ত ও উৎফুল্ল ।

এবারের "Words of Wisdom " সিজন -২ বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করে মোট চারটি দল।

আজ Digital Learning Center-এ RTM AKTU Debating Club-এর উদ্যোগে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো “How to Debate” শীর্ষক সেমিনার।

সেমিনারটি পরিচালনা করেন ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের সভাপতি শাফায়েত আহমদ চৌধুরী এবং রিসোর্স সেক্রেটারি সানজিদা নাসরিন ঈশা, যেখানে তারা অংশগ্রহণকারীদের সামনে তুলে ধরেন ডিবেটের কাঠামো, যুক্তি গঠন, বক্তব্য উপস্থাপনা, এবং আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে যুক্তি উপস্থাপনের কার্যকর কৌশল এবং পুরো সেমিনারে সঞ্চালক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের সহকারী কোষাধ্যক্ষ, আবেদ হোসেন সিয়াম।

উক্ত সেমিনারে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থেকে অনুপ্রেরণামূলক বক্তব্য প্রদান করেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় উপাচার্য, প্রফেসর ড. আবু নাসের জাফর উল্লাহ। এছাড়াও মাননীয় ডেপুটি রেজিস্টার, জনাব জামাল আহমেদ, এবং শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য ও প্রযুক্তি অনুষদের মাননীয় ডিন, ড. মোঃ জাকারিয়া হাবিব তাঁদের মূল্যবান বক্তব্যের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের অনুপ্রাণিত করেন। উপস্থিত ছিলেন ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের মাননীয় উপদেষ্টা মিজানুর রহমান ও ক্লাব সমন্বয়ক মনিরুল ইসলাম হিম ।

এছাড়া উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় সকল বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও সম্মানিত শিক্ষকবৃন্দ এবং প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থীরা যাঁদের উপস্থিতিতে সেমিনারটি আরও অর্থবহ ও প্রাণবন্ত হয়ে ওঠে।

এই সেমিনারের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা ডিবেটের মূল কাঠামো, ফরম্যাট এবং যুক্তিনির্ভর চিন্তাশক্তি সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান অর্জন করেছেন বলে আমরা মনে করি।

আজ ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫ ইংরেজি বেলা ১ ঘটিকায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ক্যাম্পাসে RTM AKTU Debating Club এর (২০২৫–২০২৬) মেয়াদকালে নির্বাচিত সকল কার্যনির্বাহী সদস্যবৃন্দ " কার্যনির্বাহী প্রতিশ্রুতি পত্র ” স্বাক্ষরের মধ্য দিয়ে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ক্লাবের কার্যক্রমের সূচনা করেন।

একই সঙ্গে সুষ্ঠুভাবে ক্লাব পরিচালনার উদ্দেশ্যে ক্লাবের নিজস্ব গঠনতন্ত্র উন্মোচন করা হয়।সেই সাথে ক্লাবের ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে ব্যাপক আলোচনা হয়।

উক্ত সভায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপদেষ্টা মিজানুর রহমান , ক্লাব সমন্বয়ক মনিরুল ইসলাম হিম, সভাপতি শাফায়েত আহমেদ চৌধুরী সহ সকল কার্যনির্বাহী সদস্যবৃন্দ |
