Before dismissing any epigastric pain as PUD,exclude the possibility of atypical presentation of IHD,particularly in elderly person with risk factors like DM,HTN,Smoking.Also meticulously rule out the possibility of Ca stomach in those who have red flag signs like anaemia,weight loss.
