The **Interview** is the first step in evaluating a prospective member.
During this stage:
* The applicant is screened by the Screening Committee or Jury.
* Background, character, intentions, and personal conduct are evaluated.
* The fraternity determines whether the applicant possesses good moral character and sincere intentions in joining the organization.
* The applicant is also informed about the mission, vision, and responsibilities of being an Eagle.
