SÃO PAULO SCHOOL OF ADVANCED SCIENCES ON REVERSE ENGINEERING OF PROCESSED FOODS

The São Paulo School of Advanced Sciences on Reverse Engineering of Processed Foods is organized by the School of Food Engineering of University of Campinas and is sponsored by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) under the SPSAS program (grant no. 2016/18693-0). It will take place at the University of Campinas

- Unicamp, in Campinas, Brazil, at September 25th to October 04th, 2017. The school aims at providing an opportunity for graduate students as well as young researchers,from Brazil and abroad, to get together and attend talks on current topics of Food Design. It will bring together reknown lecturers which are specialists in the different areas that fall within the broad scope of food science, technology and engineering. The event will host 100 students from all over the world and there will be opportunities for strong interaction among participants and also to visit research institutions in the state of São Paulo that are actively involved in the field.
