Today marks the final day of our executive team in office, and we cannot believe how quickly this year has come to an end.

To Luciana, thank you for your leadership and for supporting students through amazing initiatives such as Free Food events, Wellness Wallets, and the launch of the Tuition Relief Fund. We congratulate you on an outstanding term and on your graduation this year.

To Deane, thank you for your dedication to educating students about the UPEISU through your class visits. We also congratulate you on launching the Book Consignment Program, the Textbook Bursary, and the Campus Compass series, all of which are amazing programs that have undoubtedly helped students.

To both Luciana and Deane, your collaboration on initiatives such as the Interdisciplinary Panther Series, The Shared Space, and RISE UPEI is something we deeply admire.

To Erica, thank you for your strong advocacy through awareness initiatives, meaningful engagement with all levels of government, and for organizing the highly successful Pints with Politics event.

To Caitlyn, thank you for bringing fresh energy through inclusive events and campaigns, and for your continued support of clubs and societies. Your work on actively creating spaces for students to connect, unwind, and feel supported is admirable. We look forward to welcoming you to our UPEISU Council next year!

And to Kushi, thank you for your work in supporting students through funding initiatives, launching the ‘Budget Bites for Busy Minds’ cookbook, and introducing the Tech Co-op, an initiative that will continue to benefit students for years to come. We also congratulate you on your graduation this year.

To our Council, thank you for your engagement and commitment and for holding our executive team accountable throughout the year.

To our outgoing part-time staff, thank you for the incredible behind-the-scenes support that keeps the UPEISU running. And to those returning, we are excited to continue working alongside you in the year ahead.
