The Dalhousie Kinesiology Society was officially ratified on June 3rd, 2016 with the mission to promote unity and inclusion among the students within the Kinesiology department. The Dal Kin Society aims to foster the relationships between its members, students, faculty, and administration in the Kinesiology department, in hopes of promoting social, academic and athletic activities for Kinesiology

students. In accordance to it's partnership with the Students Association of Health and Human Performance (SAHHPer) Council, the Kin society organizes activities such as the Kinesiology social ("LinKIN' Up") in order to encourage the involvement of Kinesiology students in transitioning and growing within university life at Dalhousie.
