Physical Health Education & Kinesiology Students' Association PHEKSA: Physical Health Education & Kinesiology Student Association PHEKSA also provides a tutor matching service for extra help in any class.

All students registered in a Physical and Health Education or Kinesiology degree program have the right to membership in PHEKSA. Students may become involved as Class Representatives, Activity Commissioners as well as other elected positions. PHEKSA has two voting seats on the Alma Mater Society (AMS) further increasing its involvement on Queen's campus. PHEKSA student representatives are taken fr

om all four years of the program and are responsible for organizing all activities concerning Physical & Health Education or Kinesiology students such as:

KIN Games
BEWIC Sports Days
Welcome Back
PHE/KIN Orientation
Alumni Weekend PHE BBQ
Annual ski trip
Motionball

Also, PHEKSA is committed to encouraging community involvement through activities that allow PHE/KIN students to give back to the Kingston community such as:

Tree of Life
WAG
QueensJump (Q-Jump)

As well, PHEKSA sponsors the following:

Career Workshops to assist students with career strategies and focus. The Peer Pal Program to match first-year with upper-year students to help them with problems and provide them with a buddy/mentor. We acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Anishinabe and Haudenosaunee Peoples.

Get ready to sweat for a great cause! Join us for our second Yoga Fundraiser with Studio 330 in support of this year’s Kinesiology Formal! This is the perfect chance to recharge, challenge yourself, and spend time with friends while helping make our formal the best one yet! The class will be run from 1-2 pm at Studio 330 (339 Barrie Street) on March 22nd.
