We hope you're doing well. As you might have heard the AMS is closed until Monday April 5th. If you have questions about Event Sanctioning, sadly, we can't help you there, but we are still administering club documents are hoping to release our New Transition Package for Clubs soon. keep sending us helpdesk tickets and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

We’ve reworked the AMS Clubs Policy to make it clearer, stronger, and better for our club community. 📣

Before seeking a vote of confidence from clubs at Club Caucus, we wanted to share this publicly — because we believe this is a key step toward building a stronger Clubs Commission.

We’re excited to roll out the changes and improvements that will make navigating club life simpler and more transparent. Stay tuned. ✨

We will be streaming this both in-person and hybrid as well as keeping the recording until the end of the year.

We wanna hear what you like and dislike to ensure this policy is upholding equitable and fair processes while balancing administrative and governance duties. No registration required, either show up in person or join online. We can't wait to see you there
