The clubs office works to educate, support, and maintain the 275+ ratified clubs at Queen's University. We host numerous events including Tricolour Open House as well as Club Workshops throughout the year. If you are interested in joining a club, or wish to start your own, this is the place to start. If you are a member of a ratified Queen's club, there are a number of resources that we can offer

you including advice on event planning and risk management, financial management, sponsorship, volunteer appreciation, and much more.

📣 Reminder: RSVP for Clubs’ Professional Development Day!

Join us on September 26 from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM in the Biosciences Complex for Clubs’ Professional Development Day!

This event serves as the mandatory training requirement for all clubs, so at least one Co-President, Chair, or senior executive from each club should attend.

🍽️ RSVP by September 10 to guarantee lunch, including dietary accommodations. You can still attend if you do not RSVP, but lunch cannot be guaranteed once catering numbers are submitted.

📣 Reminder to ALL AMS Ratified Clubs!

Don’t forget to RSVP for the Clubs’ Professional Development Day Conference on September 26th from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM in the Biosciences Complex!

⚠️ Attendance is mandatory and in person. At least one Co-President, Chair, or Senior Executive from each ratified club must attend.

This is a great opportunity to connect with stakeholders from across the university, build new connections, explore opportunities for collaboration, and network with the wider campus community — plus, there will be an activity for a chance to win $100!

The AMS is creating a digital directory handbook for clubs!! The digital directory handbook will be distributed as a QR code on a physical card. This will be given to ALL the incoming first years and at AMS marketing events throughout the year!!

Submit by scanning the QR code or through the link in the LinkTree in our bio! Submissions are due on August 10th.

Non-ratified groups are eligible to submit, subject to limitations!

The AMS is creating a digital directory handbook that will be printed on a physical card with a QR code to access. ALL incoming first years will be receiving this physical card and it will also be distributed at future marketing events throughout the year!!!

Have you ever wondered, how can I get involved in AMS clubs without looking at each individual Instagram account? We have the first ever AMs Clubs Position Board, which is meant to allow for students to know when people are hiring. Check it out. It's a prototype so please comment any feedback!
