As an Employment Advisor, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals overcome employment barriers, develop their skills, connect with employers and find meaningful career opportunities. You’ll also work alongside employers and community partners to support workforce development and strengthen employment opportunities across our region.

📍 Location: Confederation College Northshore Campus — Marathon, ON
💼 Position: Employment Advisor — Permanent, Full-Time
🕐 Hours: 35 hours/week | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
💰 Salary: $41.20 – $47.57/hour

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate Jenny as she prepares to begin an exciting new chapter.

After dedicating her time, energy, and passion to supporting clients and our community through Northwest Employment Works – Marathon, Jenny will be moving on from her role with NEW.

Throughout her time with NEW Marathon, Jenny has been a valued member of our team, bringing professionalism, positivity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Her hard work and dedication have made a lasting impact on our clients, colleagues, partners, and our communities.
