By Al - Rahman, we’ve tried to write and perfect a caption that would capture and translate our emotions into words, one that would allow each and every one of you to see why this organization was more than just your typical ASA but honestly, words failed us. In fact, there are no words for this - the feels, the family, the beloved souls that were brought together through this project, the duas that He answered, the strengthening of our emaans, the tears we all shared, the sleepless nights, the stressful days and the long calls..words could never do that justice so this ones for pure intentions and for words that are echoed by our hearts yet shared by all our watandars..
ITS BEEN LONG OVERDUE..but absolutely worth the wait!
In the name of Al Fattah, our hearts are overfilled with gratitude and joy to officially announce the completion of the water pump project by our SUNNAH FOR UMMAH charity - our goal, little dream and reason for trying, time and time after all doors closed.
As eager as we’ve been to announce, we are sure that each and every one of you who motivated, encouraged and/or donated to this project, were just as eager to hear this. So we would like to extend our greatest and warmest gratitude to you, for being patient, understanding and incredibly supportive throughout this journey.
This journey was not without its struggles (TRUST US LOL). From winter hitting us strong, the machinery getting stuck while digging into the ground of our initial location to a global pandemic striking us; WE STILL MADE THIS HAPPEN and thats on AFGHANS and their resilience. Jks, bless our stubborn hearts but credit is due elsewhere (more to come). However, just as importantly, congratulations to ALL OF YOU, y’all did that! Alhamdulilah.
And on a last note, we know its naive to some, to say that we will rebuild our homeland, but we will. We know now that all it actually takes is hard work, pure intentions and guidance. We tied our camel and He did the rest all throughout this project, in fact, all throughout the 2019-2020 year. Within our hearts we know, just like so, Afghanistan will live on - protected, united and IA one that will allow our children to see why we love our motherland so much.
Alhamdulilah, a thousand times and more. AND thats on “Tu arakat ko ke Khudawand barakat kona”.
