Ce mur en plâtre multicouche a révélé des fibres de chrysotile uniquement dans la couche de crépi cimentaire (cement overlay). Le composé à joint et le plâtre étaient négatifs.

Ne présumez jamais; testez chaque couche avant des rénos !

This multi-layer wall had joint compound + plaster over a cement overlay. Only the cement base tested POSITIVE for Chrysotile asbestos (confirmed by PLM microscopy).
