If you are interested in participating in this year's Organizational Behaviour Case Competition in TO in January, please inbox us with your contact information.

We are looking to send a team of four individuals to represent McGill at the competition. This is a great opportunity to refine your case analysis in the unique area of Organizational Behaviour and get to know other members of the network. Try-outs will take place in the coming weeks.

Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate the staffing process;
2) Coordinate the recruitment process;
3) Coordinate staff integration;
4) Coordinate human resources processes;
5) Coordinate employee recognition program;
6) Support the Health and Safety program by attending Health and Safety meetings and coordinating action items, if required;
7) Orient student staff on an ongoing basis and answer questions;
8) Communicate SSMU policies to student staff;
9) Participate in HR improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in Management - Organizational Behavior, in Industrial Relations or any other programs related (minimum of two years completed);
- Knowledge of Quebec Standard Labor laws;
- Ability to uphold confidential information;
- Sound judgment and impartiality;
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, in English and French is an asset;
- Proven organization skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Initiative;
- Ability to prioritize tasks.

Additional Information:
Paid position: $13.48 per hour
