IPSA Executive Director Kim Fontaine-Skronski met Ning Leng, recipient of the 2026 APSA-IPSA Theodore J. Lowi First Book Award, at the Award Reception on 2 September. Prof. Leng received the award for her debut book, Politicizing Business: How Firms Are Made to Serve the Party-State in China.
