And now you know!

Peaches are an especially heart-friendly fruit because they may lower several risk factors of heart disease, such as high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. The anti-inflammatory properties found in peaches are beneficial for lowering the dangerously high cholesterol levels that can lead to heart disease.Oct 20, 2021

Congratulations to Kai Wiens.
The KWFF Family are incredibly grateful to the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program. Kai’s father enrolled in the program in 1974. Kai welcomed his first workers to the farm in 1987. Kai has been working closely with the Jamaican Liaison for almost 40 years.
Kai was instrumental in organizing the illumination of Niagara Falls in the colours of the Jamaican flag on April 25th to mark 60 years of the partnership, which started in 1966 with 264 workers and now employs over 9000 annually.

We had a great time in the NOTL Parade this year. Katie and I were on the first wagon with Oliver, Sophie and Molly and I was driving. My dad Kai pulled the second wagon and my mom Sharla played ukelele with the Ukesters. The kids loved handing out candy canes and seeing everyone along the route. Thanks to my uncle Erwin for organizing the parade and to Joe Pillitteri for helping him stream it.

You can spot us at the 40 minute mark.
