🌏Who We Are
The Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon (TIA Yukon) is the voice of the Yukon’s tourism sector.

🌟What We Offer

● Helps students explore unique job opportunities (e.g., seasonal work, co-op programs, career-track roles).
● Facilitates direct outreach from employers, helping reduce mismatches and uncertainty.

💡Why the Yukon?
● High Demand for Talent: With estimated 4–5 vacancies per job seeker in the peak summer seasons in Yukon’s tourism sector
● Diverse Career Paths: Opportunities span across the six major tourism sectors: Tours & Attractions, Accommodation, Arts, Sports & Events,Transportation, Food & Beverage, Travel Services.
● An Unparalleled Lifestyle: Students can enjoy breathtaking landscapes, vibrant communities, and life-changing experiences while building their careers.

🌟Benefits for Students
● Access unique job opportunities tailored to their skills and interests.
● Plan future careers with personalized connections to local businesses.
● Gain exposure to a thriving industry while exploring the Yukon’s rich culture and natural beauty.

🔍How It Works

Students and grads, how would you treat someone with disability at your tourism business? Are your facilities accessible? Operationally, how would you manage your inventory of accessible rooms or resources?
People with disabilities have the right to access tourism too.
