Mamidosewin Centre The Mamidosewin Centre is the Indigenous Student Support Centre at Algonquin College.

Mamidosewin Centre offers cultural activities and support to students who self identify as First Nations, Inuit or Métis at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. All services are available for free and open to current registered students at the college. We offer:
- Academic, career and personal support with an Indigenous counsellor.
- Student Support Officer who works with incoming and fir

st year students as they transition to life at Algonquin College.
- An Events and Communications Officer who organizes: feasts craft circles, lunches, drumming, social events, movies, etc.
- Part time peer support workers are hired - must be full time students that have a strong GPA and leadership qualities. Mamidosewin Team Members:
