🎉 Congratulations to Michael Wohl on being elected a 2026 Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS), one of the highest honours in Canada's health sciences community. As the first Carleton University researcher to receive this distinction, Dr. Wohl is being recognized for his internationally impactful research in health psychology, public health policy, conflict resolution, and gambling harm prevention.

Members of First Nation, Inuit, and Métis communities are invited to participate in Stories in Storage, a unique digital storytelling workshop at Carleton University.

Led by Greg Allison and Hasi Eldib, experienced digital media specialists and filmmakers, this workshop offers an opportunity to develop creative storytelling skills and bring your ideas to life on screen.

Workshop Dates: October 27-29
Short Film Screening: October 30
Location: Carleton University, Ottawa

Participants will receive: ✅ Hands-on mentorship
✅ Meals throughout the workshop
✅ Access to smudging spaces
✅ A supportive creative environment
