Registration for the Senior Police Leadership Micro-Credential Starting September 2024 is now open.
This unique online for practicing police leaders offers a wide range of competencies needed to excel within today’s policing environment.
The two certificates available, The Senior Police Leadership Certificate for police officers with the rank of sergeant or higher, and the Foundations Module for active members of police service, are taught by a team of expert academics and serving or retired senior police leaders Angelo Caravaggio OMM, CD, Ph.D., Peter Lennox, Murray Rodd, O.O.M., CD, MBA, Penny Smiley, and Robert James (Bob) Wright.
Graduates will demonstrate competency development in:
*Leadership
*Decision-making
*Program design considering ethnic, diversity and inclusion (EDI) issues
*Relationship building with Indigenous Communities
