Luther College at the University of Regina invites applications for a 9-month full-time term position in the role of Student Recruitment Officer.

Working within the strategic direction established by the Director of Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Officer supports the implementation and evaluation of recruitment strategies and contributes to the achievement of enrolment and residence occupancy goals for Luther academic programs and The Student Village residence. The role also includes responsibility for structured pipeline development from Luther College High School and the administration of institutional high school partnership awards programs.

From Regina to the Caribbean, Shannon Seymour’s Luther journey has become a lifelong commitment to serving others.

A graduate of Luther College High School (HS’88) and Luther College at the University of Regina (U’94), Shannon has spent more than two decades working to make mental health care more accessible in the Cayman Islands.

After recognizing a need for community-based mental health supports, she founded The Wellness Centre, bringing together a team of professionals dedicated to supporting children, families and individuals. Her work reflects the values of compassion, service and community that have guided her throughout her career.
