Hi all!

The event is coming up soon and in the next few days we will be posting more info on our guest speakers.

The first in line: Jenna Soesbergen!

Here is her short bio:

Jenna Soesbergen was born on a dairy and cash crop farm in Dundee, Quebec. Growing up, she was very involved in the 4-H program, becoming president of her local club and then president of Quebec 4-H once in University. She graduated from McGill University in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture and Agroenvironmental Sciences. In September of that same year Jenna Soesbergen was admitted into the Ordre des Agromomes du Quebec. Straight out of university she got a job as a Sales Representative for Agocentre Fertibec Inc. She covered cash crop farmers in southwest Quebec and was also specialized in agro-environmental questions. The 8 years spent at Agrocentre Fertibec Inc allowed her to meet a lot of great farmers and really understand the many different farming techniques and styles. She made the decision to return to the family farm in 2016, working part time, at the same time keeping her job as a sales rep. She missed being on the farm a lot, so in May 2018 she quit her job to start farming full time with her father, uncle, cousin and brother. They currently milk 95 cows in a milking parlour in their freestall barn and crop 650 acres.
