Our research team is writing to ask for your participation in the “Field Placement Experiences of Indigenous Social Work Students” research project conducted by Dr. Marlene McNab, Dr. Susannah Walker, and Cassie Stefanski, at the First Nations University of Canada.
This project is about your opinions, thoughts, and feelings about your experience in your field placement. We are interested in understanding the experiences of Indigenous social work students in their field placements in order to improve our work with placement agencies, better support our students, and address gaps in the School of Indigenous Social Work (SISW) practice curriculum. This research is funded by the FN University Board of Governors.

Attend a 1.5 to 2 hour sharing circle at your respective campus (Regina, Saskatoon, or Prince Albert campus, dates TBD for Fall 2026 semester); OR
