A huge thank you to all of the fire departments who joined us for ESA Career Day and took the time to connect with our Professional Fire Fighter students!

Career Day gives our students an invaluable opportunity to learn directly from fire service professionals about their departments, recruitment and hiring processes, career opportunities, and what they look for in future firefighters.

We sincerely appreciate each department for sharing their time, knowledge, and experience. These conversations provide valuable insight as our students prepare to take the next step from training into careers in the fire service.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding performance of ESA graduates in the July 2026 COPR examinations!

Our Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Primary Care Paramedic (P*P) graduates both achieved a remarkable:

🏆 100% FIRST-ATTEMPT PASS RATE 🏆

This achievement is especially meaningful when compared with national first-attempt results:

These results reflect far more than success on an exam. They represent countless hours of study, hands-on training, teamwork, resilience, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Training for the unexpected means training everywhere.

The classroom builds knowledge, but real confidence is developed when students step outside and apply their skills in challenging environments. Whether responding on uneven terrain, in confined spaces, or in unpredictable weather, practicing in a variety of locations helps future paramedics learn to adapt, communicate, and think critically under pressure.

Every scene is different, and no two calls are ever the same. By exposing our students to realistic scenarios in diverse environments, we’re preparing them for the realities of the profession—where flexibility, teamwork, and patient-centered care matter most.

Because great paramedics aren’t just trained in the classroom—they’re prepared for wherever the next call takes them.
