The deadline to opt out of the CBUSU Student Health & Dental Plan is September 14th at 11:59 PM. (This applies to Canadian Students Only)

✅ If you already have comparable coverage and want to opt out, make sure you complete your submission before the deadline!

Before you submit:
• Use your CBU student email when an email address is requested.
• Your proof of coverage must show your name. This can be your insurance card, a letter, or coverage information from your insurance provider’s app. This is a new requirement this year.
• After submitting, take a screenshot of the submission confirmation/page in case you experience an error or need proof that you submitted your opt-out.
• You should receive a confirmation email after submitting. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it.

✅ What happens after the deadline?
Once the opt-out period closes, the applicable credit will be applied to your CBU student account following the deadline.
