Lord,
You are the God who richly provides for all creation,
and what You have prepared is always good.
Help me not to focus only on what I see before me,

相信祢的时间，也相信祢的安排。
完全放手、交托、仰望。

Lord,
When my circumstances change,
and my heart becomes anxious and afraid,
please quiet my heart
and teach me to wait for You.

Lord, I am willing to wait for You,
trusting in Your timing
and trusting in Your plans.
Help me to completely let go,
surrender everything to You,
and keep my eyes fixed on You.

回想过去的风雨，
祢一次次成为我的避难所，
保护我、扶持我，带领我走过。

今天再次面对挑战，
求祢把我带到更高的磐石上，
让我记得祢过去的信实，
让我不再惧怕，
因为祢是我永远的避难所！

Lord,
when I look back on the storms I have been through,
I see how You have been my refuge again and again—
protecting me, sustaining me, and carrying me through.

Today, as I face new challenges,
please lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.
Help me remember Your faithfulness in the past,
and keep me from fear,
for You are my eternal refuge!

Lord,
when I cannot see a way forward,
help me not to rely on my own strength,
but to look to You, take refuge in You,
and cry out to You.

For Your will is higher than my will,
and Your ways are higher than my ways.
Please lead me by Your hand,
and bring me to the rock that is higher than I！

求祢成为我们的力量和拯救。

祢一直都在。

依靠祢、等候祢！

Lord,
Please save those whom You love.
Uphold us with Your mighty right hand,
so that we will not fall in the midst of trouble.

When we are weak, afraid, and helpless,
please be our strength and our salvation.
Help us to know that no matter how difficult our circumstances may be,
You are always with us.

Lord, we will continue to trust You,
rely on You, and wait patiently for You!
