(1) Communications and Digital Content Specialist ($19 per hour, 35 hrs/week)
* Supporting the development of a consistent creative look and feel for TMU’s Global Learning Instagram page, preparing graphic templates and content for the upcoming academic year.
* Drafting content and creating graphics for social media posts
* Drafting social media calendar for 24/25 academic year
* Developing ideas for promotional campaigns and student outreach.

(2) Events and Logistics Assistant ($18 per hour, 12 hrs/week)
* Strong planning and event ex*****on skills are a priority. Strong people and leadership skills are valuable (adaptability, ensuring participants well-being, comfortable leading groups and interacting with diverse visitors) strong understanding of values of equity, diversity and inclusion (important to incorporate into event planning, inform community engagement, etc).
* Excellent data management skills relating to the tracking and updating of key information in a variety of platforms (excel and external databases).
* Experience managing sensitive information.
* Thorough and consistent attention to detail is fundamental to all tasks.
* Time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
