esidence accommodation, meeting space and meal services for individuals and groups. Each single or double room has a bed, desk, closet, complimentary internet access and an in-room phone for complimentary local calls. New College Residence is open to the public for "short term" stays (those wanting to stay a few nights or a week) and "long term" stays (those wanting to stay a month or more). New College Residence also has a number of meeting or event rooms such as a theatre-style auditorium (holds 250 people) with retractable seating, a banquet hall (holds 300 people), boardrooms and classrooms of various sizes. Use of general audiovisual equipment, computer lab access and other services may also be arranged.
