The vision for The Ryerson Hindu Students’ Association conception is to arouse the sense of joint personality established upon cultural as well as religious resources of Hindu legacy. A joint personality in accordance with Hindu legacy is the incorporation of Hindu cultural and religious values. This will enable youth to be divine, virtuous, affectionate and collectively proficient citizens. Ryers

on HSC focuses on promoting and raising awareness of Hinduism through events moreover, building a loving and peaceful community within Ryerson and other universities.

Today is the auspicious day of Diwali.
Diwali is a Hindu festival of lights. One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism, Diwali symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. The preparations, and rituals, for the festival typically last five days, with the climax occurring on the third day coinciding with the darkest night of the Hindu lunisolar month Kartika.
