The Rotman Commerce Pride Alliance (RCPA) is one of the only student driven organizations of its kind in North America that focuses on issues surrounding the LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) and Ally community. Our mission is to celebrate student and ally diversity, to provide opportunities for gaining knowledge, and to understand the concerns and opportunities facing the co
mmunity in the business world. The RCPA educates, empowers and engages emerging LGBTQ+ and Ally leaders through leveraging the collective power of our corporate partners, alumni network, and university support system. Through the development and execution of innovative and forward thinking initiatives, we address business opportunities, develop talent and create inclusive spaces to maximize human potential.
