Coming soon - The International Day of Play!

Outdoor Play Canada is pleased to support the International Day of Play on June 11, highlighting the value of play to communities and families across the 🌍.

The theme for this year’s International Day of Play is “Protect play, protect childhood”. The theme is a reminder for all of us – governments, businesses, schools and families – that happy and healthy childhoods are built on play.

As noted in our Global Position Statement on Active Outdoor Play, exposure to AOP is essential to health and well-being.

We hope you celebrate this day with us by being playful, outside!
