Our hearts go out to the families, students, staff, first responders, and all those affected by the tragic events in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia yesterday.

Words feel inadequate for a loss of this magnitude, but we stand in solidarity with this community as they grieve and begin to heal.

Our thoughts are with the victims and everyone impacted by this senseless act of violence.

Many people underestimate how much typing affects day-to-day learning.

If you want to become more comfortable using a keyboard, here are a few free, browser-based tools that many learners find helpful. We are not affiliated with any of them. They are simply free resources worth knowing about.

It uses real paragraphs, does not require an account, and gives a realistic baseline without pressure.

If you would like structured lessons that teach proper finger placement and technique from the beginning:

It adapts exercises based on where you slow down or make mistakes and provides detailed feedback.

Typing is a practical life skill. Improving comfort and accuracy can make many everyday tasks feel easier, even when the task itself has nothing to do with computers.
