It was a full house at yesterday's information session for our Professional Cooking program! 👨‍🍳🍽️

Prospective students had the opportunity to meet with two of our culinary instructors, learn more about the program, ask questions, and determine if it's the right fit for their career goals.

Did you know we also have a satellite campus in the West Island offering our Pastry Program? Applications are now open for the program beginning this August in Pointe-Claire.

Be sure to visit our Boutique, where you can purchase a variety of delicious cakes and pastries handcrafted by our talented students. The Boutique is open Monday to Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Congratulations to our Market Fresh Culinary students on their successful completion of the program!

To celebrate this milestone, students enjoyed a special dinner from Falafel Yoni, the restaurant founded by our culinary market fresh alumnus Daniel Maislin.

It was especially meaningful to see Daniel reconnect with his former instructor, Nic, and reflect on how far his culinary journey has come from being a student in our kitchens in 2006 to having successful restaurants in Montreal.

Congratulations to all of our graduates. We can't wait to see where your culinary careers take you next! 👨‍🍳🎉
