We had a memorable night celebrating and cheering on Canada’s first WNBA team 🏀!

Waterloo alumni basketball fans gathered at the Scotiabank Arena to be part of a historic moment in Canadian sports as we cheered on the Toronto Tempo team. The evening brought together our Warrior community to celebrate the continued growth of women’s sports, connect over a shared love of basketball and experience the excitement of the unveiling of Tempo’s newest mascots, Dez the Snapping Turtle and Dot the Arctic Hare.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! It was an unforgettable night filled with energy, community and Warrior pride!
