đź’› You are never alone.
Just a little reminder that I offer individualized mental health support for children and families. Every child is different, and every family has their own experiences, so I believe support should feel personal, comfortable, and suited to your family’s needs.
My support is primarily for children ages 0–6, with support for older children (7+) also available. If you’re wondering if I may be able to help, please feel free to reach out and we can talk about what you’re looking for.
I can offer support with things like:
-Big emotions and emotional regulation
-Behavioural or social challenges
-Building confidence and coping skills
-Family changes or stressful life experiences
-Supporting healthy emotional and social development
-Finding simple strategies that can be used at home
And more
What does support look like?
It starts with a simple intake form, giving me a chance to learn a little more about your child, your family, and what you may be experiencing.
From there, we can look at what your child needs and create a plan that feels realistic and manageable for your family. This may include activities, tools, ideas for home, parent guidance, or strategies to help your child better understand and work through their emotions.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space while working within my scope and using ethical, evidence-informed practices.
And if I feel your family would benefit from additional support, I’m happy to help point you toward other resources or services that may be a better fit.
There is no need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes you just need someone to listen, help you make sense of what’s happening, and walk alongside you for a little while.
If you’re wondering whether this might be right for your family, you’re always welcome to reach out. 💛
