"My name is Maxence Bramoullé. I am French, born and raised in a city where elegance, culture, and attention to detail naturally shape the way you see the world. From a young age, I developed a deep sensitivity to how environments and people can create emotion. My passion for service and guest experience comes from my father, who taught me the importance of precision, dedication, and genuinely caring for others. At the same time, my attraction to luxury and hospitality was influenced by my mother, who introduced me to refinement, beauty, and the subtle art of creating memorable atmospheres.
Choosing Glion Institute of Higher Education was therefore an evidence for me. I was not only looking for an academic path, but for an environment that embodies excellence and prepares me to evolve within the luxury industry. What truly interests me in my studies in Luxury Management and Guest Experience is the ability to design emotions to transform a simple service into a lasting memory through detail, personalization, and storytelling.
My involvement as a Health and Wellbeing Ambassador at Glion has been a key part of my journey. It allowed me to connect with others on a deeper level, to promote balance in a demanding environment, and to understand that true luxury also lies in how we care for people internally, not only externally. This experience strengthened my empathy, my leadership, and my sense of responsibility toward a community.
Throughout my time at Glion, I have experienced meaningful highlights through group projects, practical learning, and multicultural exchanges that challenged me to grow. I have learned to adapt, to collaborate, and to always aim for excellence while staying authentic. Most importantly, I have understood that luxury is not defined by what is visible, but by what is felt by the intention behind every detail and the emotion created in every interaction.
Today, I see myself as someone driven by the desire to craft experiences that leave a lasting impact, combining precision, creativity, and genuine human connection.
“Luxury is not what you give people, it is what they feel because of you.”"
