Music Platform of ETH & University of Zurich

The musicplatform of ETH & University of Zurich provides a "musical community" to all students and employees.

It organizes concerts, provides a contact list & bulletin board for musicians and informs about musical activities. Unlike the other big ensembles, orchestras and choirs at ETH and the University of Zurich, the music platform concentrates on soloists and smaller ensembles. It provides students with a possibility to play on stage and to socialize with other music enthusiasts. Also, it regularly informs its members about musical activities at ETH & UZH.

Our third and last „Musikalischer Abend“ concert of the autumn semester is taking place soon! There will be various performances by soloists and ensembles on the piano, violin, cello, flute, harp and more. 🪉✨

The entry for the audience is free, no sign up required. Simply come and enjoy the performances and connect with other music lovers over the apéro after the concert.

Concert at Altes Krematorium

Next week, we're trying something completely new and are organising a concert on a graveyard. 🪦 Altes Krematorium Sihlfeld is a place filled with history, mythology, spirituality and intriguing ornaments.

The different performances include organ, choir, marimba, cello, violin, harp, wind quintet, guzheng, flute, clarinet and more! 🪉🎶
