Experimenting with Tropical breeds to design a method of operation, which LEF can intergrade to its Original Project plan. This program came up as soon as the CARDS Team members realized that there were different breeds and with certain conditions meet CARDS could be the experimenting site for such reason. The program kick on very slow with negotiations to Field Coordinators on what was expected of them. Delivering with confidence is a motto set forth to all coordinators as they face real-time training in entrepreneurship and not limited to Marketing strategies. Leadership is assisted which is our first goal from the board to work with coordinators on the importance of time and time management. Within this face we have Identified and solved a few, Time being one of them and most important as it involve all volunteer staffs, Coordinators and Team Members. The Hygiene of the program is closely monitored for improvement purposes.
