Recently opened, with 46 hectares of land, founded in 1991, as a project to construct one of the first bilingual schools in the Monteverde area. This year, 2018, the school has decided to show the great treasure that it owns. The school has managed a scholarship program for many years to sponsor low-income students, and the same school has been responsible for organizing activities to raise money for these scholarships. The amount of money raised for the scholarships has not been enough to distribute equally to all students. The plan that the administration of the school has is to inaugurate different options of tourist activities that are developed throughout the campus with the purpose to strengthen learning opportunities for students, raise the amount of scholarship fees for the students, and finally, to have tourists experience nature, the aims of conservation, and the efforts for the future generations students. The main goal of these projects are to raise money to fully invest in the scholarship program. In this way, we will help create better ways of learning, children will be more interested in the flora and fauna and educate visitors on what is happening inside the forest, explaining that with participation, the money is used 100% for the children´s scholarships. Recientemente inaugurado, con 46 hectáreas de tierra, fundada en 1991, se inició como un proyecto para construir una de las primeras escuelas bilingües en el área de Monteverde. Este año, 2018, la escuela ha decidido mostrar el gran tesoro que posee. Como pioneros en la educación la misión de la institución se centra en la preservación de los recursos naturales, de esta manera hacemos agradable la forma en que se aprende y se transmite la información. La escuela ha administrado un programa de becas durante muchos años para patrocinar a estudiantes de bajos ingresos, y la misma escuela se ha encargado de organizar actividades para recaudar fondos para estas becas. La cantidad de dinero recaudado para las becas no ha sido suficiente para distribuir por igual a todos los estudiantes. El plan que tiene la administración es inaugurar diferentes opciones de actividades turísticas que se desarrollan en todo el campus con el objetivo de fortalecer las oportunidades de aprendizaje para los estudiantes, aumentar la cantidad de becas para los estudiantes y, finalmente, los turistas vivan experiencias en la naturaleza. El objetivo principal de estos proyectos es recaudar dinero para invertir completamente en el programa de becas. De esta forma, ayudaremos a crear mejores formas de aprendizaje, los niños estarán más interesados en la flora y la fauna y educar a los visitantes sobre lo que está sucediendo dentro del bosque. Cada ingreso de los visitantes, el 100% dinero se usa para las becas de los niños.
