👧👦 Happy International Children's Day

Today, we celebrate the boundless potential, joy and bright futures of every child in Cyprus and all across the globe. 🇨🇾

Young voices are shaping a healthier future for their generation and for the next generations. It is our mission to protect them, since children and their parents as well, are important partners in shaping the future.

At the Cypriot Children's Health and Environment Observatory we prioritize children’s health and disease primary prevention. Investing in children’s health is an investment in the sustainable future of Cypriot society.

👧🏻 👦🏻 Children’s Mental Health Acceptance Week

Theme: Beyond the Screen: Education, Prevention, Connection

Children thrive when they are connected to their families, schools, communities, nature, and each other. During Children’s Mental Health Acceptance Week, we are reminded that meaningful relationships, healthy environments, and supportive education systems are essential for children’s emotional wellbeing. 🧡

Through the work of the Cypriot Children’s Health and Environment Observatory, researchers in Cyprus are helping build healthier futures for children by studying how environmental, lifestyle, school and social factors influence child development and wellbeing.

The Observatory promotes disease prevention, healthy growth and development for all children via the school setting.

Together, we can create digital environments and school communities where children feel safe, connected, heard and empowered to grow. 🌍✨
