🧀 New Cheese Alert: Heidal Brunost, Norway’s most iconic cheese! 🧡🇳🇴

Made from slowly cooked cow and goat whey enriched with cream, it’s dense, fudgy, and beautifully caramelised, with notes of butterscotch, cream, and mountain air in every bite.

Handcrafted for over a century in the Gudbrandsdal valley, each block is pressed into traditional wooden moulds carved with the acanthus flower, a true celebration of Norwegian heritage. 🌸

Enjoy it in thin slices over hot waffles or simply on its own for a taste of pure Nordic comfort. Now available in our Haddington shop and on our website. ❄️

Vacherin Fribourgeois Sangle just arrived from Switzerland for the season and it's perfect! This Swiss classic is wrapped in spruce bark, which gives it an earthy, slightly smokey aroma. It's washed with brine and has a deeply savory, slightly funky flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Come in and take home some of this special cheese. It's amazing in fondue!
