🎬 Our alumnae are celebrating success at the Berlinale – Berlin International Film Festival 2026!

Klára Mamojková and Wanda Kaprálová, graduates of our film studies, are behind the production of the award‑winning documentary If Pigeons Turned to Gold. The film received the Caligari Film Prize in the Forum section.

👏🌍 Congratulations on this international recognition, and thank you for representing our faculty so brilliantly!

📣 Join us for the Open Day at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University!

We’re opening our doors on 16 January 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Although the main program is in Czech, international applicants are warmly welcome. Our International Relations Office team will be on site, ready to answer your questions, guide you through study opportunities, help you understand the admissions process, and provide a campus tour in English. 
 
No registration is needed — just come by!
We’ll be happy to meet you and help you start your journey at Masaryk University.

We welcomed Mina Noor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Czech Republic. 🤝

She met with Dean Irena Radová and representatives of Dutch language studies, which have a long tradition at our faculty. They discussed teaching, international activities, and opportunities for further cooperation.

The Netherlands and Masaryk University have a long-standing partnership in the field of language education and cultural exchange, and we are delighted to be able to continue this cooperation.
