🤝 Do you have friends interested in economics and finance who will be completing their Bachelor’s degree soon?

🎓 Let them know about an excellent opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree in Prague – supported by Czech Government Scholarships for students from developing countries.

💸 These scholarships can fully cover tuition for the standard length of Master’s studies starting in the 2026/27 academic year, and provide subsidies for health insurance and living expenses in the Czech Republic. At the Institute of Economic Studies (IES), applicants can use these scholarships for MEF (Master in Economics and Finance) or MFDA (Master in Finance and Data Analytics) English-taught programs.

Students from the following countries are eligible to apply:

👏 On the occasion of the awarding state honours in the Vladislav Hall at Prague Castle, Professor Ladislav Krištoufek, CU Vice-Rector for Research, received a Medal for Merit in the Field of Science from the President of the Republic.

🗣️ “I highly value the honour both personally and as recognition of the importance of science to society. Receiving the honour from the president is also a significant commitment for the future,” Vice-Rector Krištoufek emphasised shortly after receiving the award.
