The company Autometal has been founded in year 1996 originally for the purpose of privatization of state enterprise Autometal, a company with years of experience in the area of exhaust system production for Automotive industry (former Praga Příbram). At the end of year 2004, the company was bought by a new investor - Mr. Ulrich Hobert and a new and so far successful era of company Autometal has started meaning a constant growth of the production capacities, increasing the number of customers and products, expanding its own development and development activities in collaboration with other customers or entities (eg. University of Western Bohemia), increasing the amount of employees, improvement and expansion of production, administration and development space and ultimately successful certification of Autometal because it holds certificates acc. to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
The Autometal brand was in the 90s of the 20th Century well known and successful in the field of exhaust system production for Automotive industry and our goal is to expand her renown and mainly meet any customer's needs with regard to the high quality of workmanship. Wide experience of key personnel, who decided to resurrect and expand the company, along with a sophisticated Quality Management System and a solid business links to appropriate strategic partners guarantees a quick and smooth fulfillment of this ambitious goal.
