Reminder EMESCC 2019

Dear all,

please fill out our registration survey until Monday, *August 5th*, if you want to participate in this year’s EMESCC. This survey is non-binding, its purpose is for us to be able to calculate how many student councils want to join and how many people each council can send.

If you didnt't recieve the link to the registration survey via our invitation mail or the reminder, please contact us at [email protected].

Student councils who filled out the registration survey will be contacted for final registration in August.

Hey everybody,

we definately got some more space for charming, happy, fun and awesome people for the EMESCC '17 in lovely Duisburg. We will also host your grumpy friends and the weirdos.
Currently we are short on vegans. If you have some animal-lovers in spare we could handle a few more.

Take the cahnce to participate at this event and register a.s.a.p. !

EMESCC 17 Invitation

Dear fellow Student Councils,
dear engineers and friends,
Finally we feel honoured to invite you to the sixth European
Mechanical Engineering Students Council Congress at the
University Duisburg Essen (UDE).
It will take place from the 18th – 22nd of October at the Duisburg Campus. We are happy to announce that the registration is open from now to the 23th of September. To register just follow the link (https://goo.gl/forms/5rUcgLhYYD1cgR9T2) and fill in all information required in this form. We might not be able to welcome more than eight students per University but after the sign-up deadline we will let you know if we got more capacity. The participation fee is 50€ per person incl. taxes. For those of you who don’t know the EMESCC yet, it is an annual congress where members of mechanical engineering student councils from all over Europe come together and join in some interesting workshops dealing with different topics regarding our studies and social activities. It is about getting to know different universities and getting in touch with people from all over Europe heading towards the same profession. It is more than just networking but the improvement of communication between all of us is one of the key benefits. In addition there will be the possibility to visit some local companies. For further information and some impressions from the last congresses please see www.emescc.org. If you got any ideas or suggestions for workshops please let us know.
For your stay please bring an air mattress, a sleeping bag and all you need for a stay in a hall or something similar. Keep in mind that it won’t be warm this time a year. It can get cold especially at night.

**** CHANGE IN DATES FOR EMESCC 2016 ****

NEW DATES FOR EMESCC 2016: 9th-13th of November 2016.

The change has been made as quite a lot of universities have expressed concern about the previous dates coinciding with introduction weeks.

We hope to see all of you in November, and hope that you will consider sending a smaller delegation, should your council be busy with something else as well.

THE OVERALL THEME: "Making good better" remains the same, and we look forward to discuss ideas, brainstorm council work and party with you.
