Bock auf Zuckerwatte & nette Gespräche? Besuch uns beim Markt der Möglichkeiten an der EUF bzw. an der HS Flensburg.

Du studierst an der EUF? Am Montag (7.9.) gibt es nach der Begrüßungsveranstaltung einen Markt der Möglichkeiten im ganzen Gebäude Helsinki. Besuch uns doch einfach in Raum 162 und hol Dir eine Zuckerwatte ab. Übrigens: Am 8.9. bieten wir um 18.30 Uhr eine interaktive Stadtrallye und am 10.9. von 9 bis 12 ein Willkommensbrunch an - beides kostenlos und ohne Anmeldung. Startpunkt ist jeweils das Gebäude Campelle (an der Mensa).

Du studierst an der HS? Am Dienstag, 15.9. sind wir vor und nach der offiziellen Begrüßung in der GGW Arena am Start und bieten Dir dort Zuckerwatte an. Du kannst uns auf dem Weg vom Eingang zur Tribüne auf keinen Fall verfehlen. Übrigens: Falls Du schon vorher in Flensburg bist und die Stadt und neue Leute kennenlernen willst, komm doch am 8.9. um 18.30 Uhr zur interaktiven Stadtrallye und/oder am 10.9. zwischen 9 und 12 zum Willkommensbrunch - beides kostenlos und ohne Anmeldung. Startpunkt ist jeweils das Gebäude Campelle (an der Mensa).

May memories ✨

Im Mai haben uns Noéline und Christin Frankreich vorgestellt, Finnja hat mit uns eine tolle Spieleshow durchgeführt und wir haben uns mit Prokrastination beschäftigt 💪

Außerdem fanden natürlich unsere Mittagsgebete, das Taizégebet und der Leseabend statt und wir sind beim bundesweiten Pubquiz vor Kiel gelandet 🥳🫶🏻

Darüber hinaus war am letzten Dienstag im Mai unser Gemeindeforum, wo wir unter anderem Annika und Kilian neu in den Gemeinderat gewählt haben (Foto des neuen GR siehe unten rechts) 🤝

Auch wenn sich das Semester dem Ende neigt: Schaut gerne in unseren angepinnten Post, um die nächsten Veranstaltungen nicht zu verpassen 🙌🏼

Statement: For Spiritual Self-Determination – Against Lack of Transparency and Dependence

Currently, on the campus and in the dormitories, certain religious groups are repeatedly promoting their activities, for example with an “invitation to a Bible study group and worship service for students.” These invitations provide only a contact person, but no transparent information about who or what is behind the invitation. Inquiries are not answered concretely, and the underlying structure is obscured.

In many university towns, sectarian movements and special religious communities are attempting to recruit members in this way: an attractive presentation and appealing offers, but no transparency regarding who is behind them or how the offer should be classified. It is not uncommon for students to end up in spiritual and sometimes even financial dependencies, leading to social isolation, because a group demands that they give up contact with non-members. The South Korean sect “Shincheonji” is currently particularly active in university towns across the country.

As religious college groups on campus, we actively promote explicitly religious activities, but we always make it clear which organization is behind them and what our guiding principles are. Through institutional safety protocols and targeted events, we foster spiritual self-determination and allow everyone the freedom to participate in these activities.

In this regard, we take a clear stand for transparency and self-determination and strongly caution against allowing oneself to be unwittingly drawn into dependencies with organizations that operate opaquely and seek to intrude into one’s private life. The best protection against oppressive sectarian movements and religious sects is to look closely at who is promoting an offer and for what purpose, and to discuss with others who is behind it.

If you are unsure, we recommend contacting the Nordkirche’s advisor on worldview issues or other state or church authorities.

Alle Menschen guten Willens sind unabhängig von Herkunft, sexueller Orientierung oder Religionszugehörigkeit herzlich willkommen bei einem abwechslungsreichen Wochenende auf der malerischen Insel Röm/Rømø. Am Freitag (02.10.) geht es spätnachmittags los an die Nordsee, am Sonntag (04.10.) sind wir nachmittags zurück. Dich erwarten gemeinsam verbrachte Zeit in einem reetgedeckten Haus, gemeinsames Kochen, Strandspaziergänge, Gruppenaktivitäten, Gespräche und vieles mehr. Meld Dich einfach an und teile uns gerne Deine Programmideen für das Wochenende mit. Als Kostenbeitrag erbitten wir wenn möglich 40€ (ab 27 Jahre: 60€).

Lübeck ist bekannt für seine malerische Altstadt mit den "7 Türmen" und der maritimen Lage direkt am Wasser. Von dort aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden bei unserem Ausflug nach Lübeck am Samstag, 13. Juni. Meld Dich bis 01. Juni bei uns per Direktnachricht an und sei dabei. Kosten entstehen keine, vor Ort wird nach dem Kanufahren gegrillt. Das Paddeln wird gemeinsam veranstaltet von den Kath. Hochschul- und Studierendengemeinden im Norden.

Lübeck is known for its beautiful old town with the "7 towers" and the maritime townsite directly at the water. From this site you can discover Lübeck with our excursion on Saturday, June 13. Please register until June 1 via direct message. Participation is free of charge and there will be a common BBQ after the canoeing. The excursion is organized by all University Chaplaincies in the North.
