Abstract:

This study investigates the integration of Christian values into Ghana’s national education curriculum. With over 71% of the population identifying as Christian, the research highlights a disconnect between Ghana’s religious identity and its secular educational policies. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes stakeholder views across academic performance, moral formation, spiritual development, and societal impact. Findings show strong support for faith-based education, but also reveal challenges such as resource limitations and regional disparities. The thesis proposes a balanced framework for curriculum reform that respects religious diversity while promoting ethical and academic excellence.
