On Thursday, students from UWF arrived in Germany for a 10-day stay. They will get to know different cultural and economic areas in the region. The itinerary also included a visit to the Welde Brewery in Plankstadt on the first day. Yesterday, the first joint lecture for Advanced Business Economics together with our MBA students started at the Transatlantic Institute. On Monday, there is a trip planned to Strasbourg to visit the European Parliament. We are so happy about the time together.

Im Mai startet der Field Trip für Studierende des College of Business unter Leitung und Begleitung von Felicia Morgan und Richard Hawkins.

Die Studierende lernen verschiedene Städte in Deutschland und Europa kennen und werden zu dem Vorlesungen des MBA-Programms „General and International Management“ gemeinsam mit unseren

Studierenden an den Wochenenden besuchen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf diesen Besuch!

Auf den Bilder sind Besuche aus früheren Jahren zu sehen, denn dieser Austausch zwischen Transatlantik-Institut und UWF College of Business hat eine langjährige Tradition.

For our English-language MBA program "General and International Management", visiting professors from UWF come to Ludwigshafen on scheduled days for lectures.

Die Bewerbungsphase für das Kooperationsstudium mit der UWF College of Business startet.
Zeit sich zu informieren und Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen. Zudem gibt es bei Anmeldung bis zum 30.04.2023 einen Frühbucher-Rabatt.

Abwechslungsreiche Veranstaltungen stehen auf der Tagesordnung: Case Studies, Gruppenarbeiten, Präsentationen und Unternehmensprojekte machen den Großteil des Studiums aus.

Zwei Aufenthalte von jeweils zwei Wochen sind auf dem Campus der in Florida: der Studienbeginn im Januar und die Graduation-Feier im Juni des Folgejahres. Durch den engen Kontakt zu Lehrenden und den kleinen Gruppengrößen, besteht die Möglichkeit, sich gezielt in den persönlichen Interessensgebieten weiterzuentwickeln.

Den Plan für die gesamte Studienzeit erhalten die Studierenden zu Beginn. Neben Präsenzveranstaltungen gibt es Online-Module über das UWF-Portal.

We welcomed our Germany MBA Cohort 2023-2024 to our campus this morning! The German graduate students will be at the College through January 27.

The Germany MBA Program is a partnership between us and Transatlantik-Institut, Ludwigshafen, University of Business and Society. The 18-month program is directed at university graduates from all academic fields who have at least two years of work experience.

The academic degree Master of Business Administration is awarded by the University of West Florida and is accepted in Germany. The program is accredited by AACSB.

Good habits- good start !!!

Gute Gewohnheiten erleichtern den Start, egal ob ins neue Jahr oder bei neuen Aufgaben. Der Studienstart ist auch eine besondere Gelegenheit, um neue und erfolgreiche Routine zu entwickeln.
Studierende aller Fachrichtungen erhalten bei uns die Chance, sich in kurzer Zeit Business- und Management-Knowhow anzueignen und sich auf verantwortungsvolle Positionen und Führungsaufgaben im internationalen Umfeld vorzubereiten. Unsere MBA-Starter sind schon Profis im Bereich Lernen und wissen, was sie für ihre Lernfortschritte brauchen. Dennoch werden sie einige ihrer Routinen fürs Studium und im Beruf hinter fragen, ob die zum Erreichen ihrer Ziele ausreichend sind.

(Innehalten und Beobachten ist eine gute Übung zur Wahrnehmung: was kann ich von anderen Menschen, Systemen und Lebensformen 🐛 lernen?)

Exciting weeks are coming! We are in a good mood and looking forward to our first in meeting on site with
the cohort 2023_2024 for our MBA program. The preparations are running.
Another highlight is that we welcome our lecturer Dr.Ronald Best (University of West Florida) at Friday at the Transatlantik-Institut. He teaches Financial Management for the cohort 2022_2023. So we also see this students again!
