+++ Staff Mobility in Vilnius – Phone to Fame +++
A week full of new impressions, international exchange and lots of content creation! ✨
As part of my Erasmus+ Staff Mobility, I had the opportunity to take part in the “Phone to Fame” workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania. The main question was: How can you create creative and engaging social media videos using simple tools – basically just your smartphone?
From video composition, framing and camera angles to storytelling, social media trends and hands-on editing and reel creation, we covered a bit of everything. And of course, it wasn’t just about theory: we created, experimented and presented our own projects at the end.
What I particularly enjoyed was the international exchange. Learning and sharing ideas with colleagues from different countries while also getting to know a new city and culture was a great experience.
The Staff Mobility showed me that international mobility is not only valuable professionally, but also a great opportunity to gain new perspectives, make connections and step outside your everyday work environment.
My personal conclusion: Just go for it! Even if you’re not sure at first whether a week like this is for you – that’s perhaps exactly where the fun begins. 😊
