Important to know 🤓
• You must first be nominated by your home university
• Applications are submitted online via the Incoming Students Portal
• Exchange studies are only possible with partner universities
• Some programmes may require a portfolio or language certificates
• Welcome events & German intensive courses take place before lectures begin

The Registration Days are here and we can’t wait to finally meet you in person! 🧑‍🎓📍 During these days, you’ll complete important steps to begin your exchange semester smoothly.

📅 05 + 06 March 2026 – Save the date!
These two days are your official welcome for the Summer Semester 2026 🇩🇪

📌 What to expect:
✔️ Get your university e-mail & login data
✔️ Receive your enrolment documents
✔️ Pick up your student ID card (Thoska)
✔️ Grab your welcome folder
✔️ Meet other exchange students and start making new friends 🤝

👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 17 Studierende aus 9 Studiengängen – ausgewählt aus 41 Bewerbungen – haben ihre Projekte präsentiert und ihre Zertifikate erhalten!

🚀 GATE verbindet internationale Masterstudierende der mit regionalen Unternehmen – interdisziplinär, praxisnah, real.
Ein echtes Win-Win: Praxiserfahrung trifft frische Ideen & neue Talente.

Our first GATE cohort has successfully wrapped up:
👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 17 students from 9 study programs, selected from 41 applicants, presented their projects and received their certificates!

🚀 GATE connects international Master’s students at with regional companies—working in interdisciplinary teams on real-world projects.
A true win-win: hands-on experience for students, fresh ideas and new talent for companies.
