Navratri at CIS was more than just an event — it was a celebration of togetherness, faith, and belonging. From kids to adults, from Indians to internationals, everyone came together with the same energy, the same smiles, and the same love for our shared culture. ❤️

Even though we were miles away from home, for one beautiful night, it felt like we were right there again — surrounded by warmth, laughter, music, and divine vibes. 🪔✨

Since 2016, the CIS (Council of Indian Students) logo has carried our identity and vision. Today, with a new generation and brighter future ahead, we proudly unveil our refreshed logo — same lineage, renewed spirit.

🔥 At its heart is the torch:
🇮🇳 The flame reflects the colors of the Indian flag — symbolizing the sacred and eternal nature of fire in Indian culture, a source of light, knowledge, and unity.
🇩🇪 The base carries the black, red, and yellow of the German flag — representing strength, passion, and prosperity.

Together, the torch unites Indian heritage and German spirit, lighting the path for our student community. While the design has evolved, the essence remains the same — to keep the image and values of CIS alive, stronger and brighter than ever.

Big thanks to everyone who turned up, got painted like a canvas, danced like nobody was watching (but we were), and made the CIS Holi event a blast! You brought the color, the chaos, and the vibes. We couldn’t have done it without your crazy energy—same madness next year?

🇮🇳🇩🇪 We were deeply honored to welcome Mr. Shatrughan Sinha, Consul General of India, to Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten University (RWU).

Organized by the Council of Indian Students (CIS), this visit provided an invaluable opportunity to share our vision — fostering a supportive, inclusive Indian community that thrives abroad, while actively engaging with and embracing German culture.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. sc. techn. Michael Pfeffer for his enlightening presentation highlighting the rich historical ties between India and Germany. The day was marked by meaningful dialogue, cultural exchange, and a deepened sense of global connection.
